Store Planning

Technology is great, but it’s even better with experienced people driving it. RDS can provide you with a team of expert store planners to work alongside your existing team not only providing a CAD service but giving valuable input into your design schemes. Whether you require new store layouts, store refits, extensions or phasing drawings we have the experience and know how to deliver these. We work on small one off stores to giant superstores using either Autocad or Microstation, and we can also provide you with planograms for your new store layout in your chosen format.

Warehouse Planning

Your warehouse is the operational hub of your store and here at RDS we have the knowledge and know how to make your warehouse work for you. We will ensure all the latest DDA and Health and Safety regulations are met, but most importantly, we will ensure that operationally it works for you and your staff, thus improving efficiency and productivity.

Vehicle Tracking

RDS has for many years, been providing the retail, private and public sectors with the highly important task of vehicle tracking. We have the software to provide detailed tracking plans from all types of delivery and recycling vehicles to motor cars from around the world. Our clients mainly use this service for Feasibility studies and to highlight any Health and Safety risks that may be posed to their property and the people using it.

Office Layouts

Optimising office space is a key issue. Whether your preferred option is open-plan or private, we will ensure space is fully utilised. We can also provide you with a full detailed survey of your office, be it a quick sense check, as built or full measured building to ensure the accuracy of your CAD plans.

Elevations

RDS can provide you with both internal and external measured building elevations, from the simplest to the most complex, enabling you to gain the all important planning permission for your refit and branding needs.

These can be returned in any CAD format or alternatively in a full colour illustration file.

Project Roll-outs

Be it 10 sites or 100, Retail Design Solutions have the staff and experience for surveying, planning, proposing and delivering 100’s of plans a year, incorporating new initiatives and equipment into retail sites Internationally.

3D Plans

We have the very latest in 3D technology enabling us to provide you with detailed 3D plans, rendered visualisations, photorealistic 3D images, flyovers and walk-through’s of your retail and office space.

Our 3D design services can be used to bring the design to life, enabling you to secure tenders, gain planning approval and aiding the design process.

Vectorise

We can convert your old hard copy store plans, site plans or office layouts into useable CAD drawings and return them to you in your chosen format.

Small Works

A new initiative being introduced? Let us re-plan the desired area to incorporate your new ideas. We can do this on anything from small one off projects to complete roll-outs.

We will also carry out a partial building and equipment survey of the required area to ensure accuracy, or if your plans are accurate, we can produce desk top proposals.
