Store planning

RDS can provide you with a team of expert store planners to work alongside your existing team not only providing a CAD service but giving valuable input into your design schemes. We have the ability to work on small one off stores to giant superstores using either Autocad or Microstation. We can also provide you with a full measured building survey to insure the accuracy of your refit

We can plan your space to utilise its full potential and then return to you an electronic copy in Autocad or Microstation. We can also provide you with a detailed survey to ensure your plans are accurate before your even start the planning of your space.
Warehouse planning
We can plan your warehouse to ensure productivity and DDA regulations are met. We can also provide you with a full detailed survey from racking to services.
Service yard planning and vehicle tracking
RDS can re-plan your service yard to ensure you are utilising its potential. We can also track your delivery vehicles, ensuring the store and warehouse is working at optimum efficiency and that those all-important health and safety regulations are met.
Office layouts
Optimising office space is a key issue. Whether your preferred option is open-plan or private, we will ensure space is fully utilised. We can also provide you with a full detailed survey of your office, be it a quick sense check, as built or full measured building to ensure the accuracy of your CAD plans.
Elevations
We can provide full detailed internal and external elevations and produce proposals to ensure your planning applications are agreed. We do this for refits and branding.
Project roll-outs
We are capable of producing CAD plans in Autocad and Microstation for all your new initiatives. We can survey and produce the most viable and cost effective schemes possible, utilising space and ensuring store planning rules are met.
